FUEL FOR THE WEEKDAY. REST STOP FOR THE WEEKEND.

We take having fun very seriously. We fuss over the details—from the ingredients we use to how they are presented together on the plate. We even went so far as having every member of our staff drive to a local farm and harvest lettuce, just so they could appreciate firsthand what it takes to bring that level of quality to our doorstep.

QUALITY? WE TAKE IT PERSONALLY.

CHANGE IS GOOD.
  • Get bored easily? We do too.
  • Seasons change. So does our menu.
  • Gotta keep it fresh.
  • Put down the phone. Pick up a glass. Cheers.
  • Playlist. Patio. Poptart. [Check. Check. Check.]
  • Hard-core coffee. Soft-boiled eggs.
WE ROLL A BIT DIFFERENTLY.
  • Our bacon is Bada$.
  • Our coffee cups take two hands.
  • Sunday Funday = Boozy Brunch
  • Giving you what you didn’t even know you wanted.
  • Healthy when you want it. Decadent when you don’t.
  • When it comes to ingredients, we pick and choose.
littleSpoon. Big Personality.

It's different here.

We are not like everybody else, and we’re not trying to be. We aren’t necessarily reinventing the wheel here, but we are bringing a different vibe. We’re about more than the cafe. We know we are part of shaping a growing city instead being lost in a sea. We aren’t reinventing the wheel here, just rolling it to Charlotte. It’s personal. littleSpoon is the journey of owner Alesha Sin Vanata’s return to the East coast from the West Coast.

It’s always gonna be fresh. The music will change. The menu will change. The vibe on the patio changes based on the weather and the time of day but it’s always good and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.

“Born sinner, the opposite of a winner / Remember when I used to eat sardines for dinner.” – Biggie Smalls

MENUS ARE LIKE SOCKS. CHANGE THEM DAILY.
MIX & MATCH THE BEST FROM THE PAST.

TAKE THE LOCAL: THERE’S MORE TO SEE.

“Mmm… Fried chicken, fly vixen / Give me heart disease but need you in my kitchen” NAS
Get it while you can. It may not be on the menu tomorrow.

LOCAL BECAUSE IT’S BETTER.

We work with local farm and purveyors who care about their product as much as we care about ours.

DEAR DIARY

Our online journal. Could be a note. A random thought. A napkin scribble. A late night rant. A recipe or three. And most certainly writings of gratitude to everyone who makes littleSpoon possible.
